Refund Policy

At Connaught Law Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our services and wish to request a refund, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our legal services and wish to discuss a refund, please:

  • Follow the procedure outlined in our Terms of Business
  • Contact the person dealing with your case to discuss your concerns
  • Refer to our Complaints Procedure if you wish to make a formal complaint

Mistaken Payments

If you believe you have mistakenly made a payment, please contact our Accounts Department immediately. If your claim is verified as correct, we will promptly refund any monies not owed to us.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your instructions to us at any time by writing to us. Please refer to Section 18 (Termination) of our Terms & Conditions for full details regarding cancellation rights and any applicable fees for work already completed.

Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, for some instructions, you may have the right to withdraw if our contract to provide legal services is concluded prior to meeting you. This right to cancel without charge will subsist for 14 days after the contract was concluded. Please refer to Section 23 of our Terms & Conditions for complete information.
