He is an Executive Director at E-Spot Limited a boutique management consultancy based in the United Kingdom that globally advises on corporate strategy with particular focus on cross border transactions, management optimisation, tax & legal strategy, business development, public policy, pharmaceutical market access, licensing, regulation and compliance. He is also currently working with Reckitt in relation to global corporate finance projects.

Previous Experience

He has previously worked at Indivior, GE and Bayer where he was General Counsel and Vice President on the Management Board of Intendis (Bayer’s Dermatology Business).
