Rida was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn in 2022. Additionally, Rida has achieved a First-Class grade in her Masters in Law, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma with Specialism in Advanced Criminal Practice.
Since joining Connaught’s in March 2022, Rida has brought substantial immigration law expertise which she has acquired through prior experiences. Her proficiency involves handling diverse caseloads related to immigration matters including; citizenship/naturalization, entry clearance applications, spouse applications, Tier 2 & 4 applications, long residency applications, reconsiderations, EEA applications, judicial reviews, appeals, and human rights claims. She is well-versed in the documentation requirements and procedural nuances of the UK immigration system.
